Along with my formal training at Valencia Community College, the Nautilus

Sports Medical Institute, Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate, and the Certified Coaches Federation... I've worked as a teaching assistant and private Tutor in both the public and private school system in Osceola County Florida since 1979.

From consultation to follow-up, I use the most appropriate approach, techniques, and coaching skills designed to match my clients' personality, lifestyle and goals. I value and treat each one of my clients as an individual. 

Throughout the coaching process, my compassion, and passion for my clients' wellness is evident. I realize how much my coaching positively affects the lives of not only YOU... my client...but also everyone you encounter.

Although I'm proud to be recognized as an innovator and a pioneer in the Central Florida coaching community, I find the most satisfaction in making a profound and positive difference in the lives of my clients.
